Ignite provides access to other sources of capital, such as the Mind to Market's pre-seed fund, Kick-Start angel funds and the Spokane Angel Alliance, as well as via relationships with other investors and regional venture capital funds.


Growth Funds

The Technology and Emerging Growth Funds help promising startups expand and bring innovative products to market by providing non-dilutive debt financing to companies that have limited access to conventional bank financing. The funds provides a bridge to conventional financing, economic success and job creation. Loans range from $100,000 to $400,000.

Mind to Market

Mind to Market is a pre-seed fund mentoring and investing in startups with high growth potential at the very earliest stage. Mind to Market will invest $25,000 to $50,000 toward creating a minimally viable product, assembling a team and preparing a company for traditional seed financing. Kick-Start Angel Funds

The Kick-Start Angel Investment Funds invest in People that are innovative, tenacious and team players, Ideas that are revolutionary, proprietary and can support a profitable business model and Markets that are rapidly growing, uncluttered and leaderless. Kick-Start invests primarily in companies headquartered in Eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana. Investments are typically structured as preferred stock, common stock or convertible promissory notes. Investment amounts range from $100,000 to $500,000.

Spokane Angel Alliance

The Spokane Angel Alliance (the “SAA”) is the largest and most active angel investor group focused on investing in emerging companies in Eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana. Consisting of over 100 individual and corporate members, the SAA meets six times per year to review investment presentations from selected companies. Members of the SAA have invested over $70 million in 68 startups in the Spokane region.
